The emergency number is available 24 hrs however please remember we do need to sleep. Therefore, we do ask you are mindful of the time and the reason for your call.
Lost/Found Cats, Deceased Cats and homing or relinquish enquiries should not go through the emergency contact. Seriously injured/sick cats or calls about orphan baby kittens or any cat in serious distress or risk of danger to life does constitute an emergency. Thank you.
